Great staff but inflexible policies The staff is really adorable and truly cares for the dogs. They took time to place my dog in a comfortable group, and she's always excited to go in the morning. The main issues are with the rules and management. The policies are extremely rigid - you're locked into specific unchangeable days, must pay even if you miss an entire month, and they require a 3-month cancellation notice (stricter than most jobs or apartments!). Also, it would be nice to get some updates during the day, like some pictures on a group chat. Location is perfect if you work at Astra or Goco. While pricing is affordable, the lack of flexibility significantly reduces the value for money.
