Warning! We have been a client for about three years. Upon recommendation. That's three years too much. They are simply not up for the job. Despite many many repeated constructive, teaching and also harsh rounds of feedback, the team kept showing an incredible degree of incompetence. The number of mistakes, small and very grave they make is absolutely mindboggling. It got so severe that it put our company at risk, put our directors into personal liability, and caused payment remarks with Skatteverket.

Stay away! This company has been nothing but a headache for the last year. After 15+ years of pretty decent service, Klara began charging me double in 2021 and then triple in 2022 for the same normal accounting. I'm not sure if it was due to incompetence, laziness, or just plain scamming but something major happened in the way they invoiced. While I was trying to get an explanation for the raised prices, the person managing my account completely ghosted me for many weeks and then left altogether. After his departure, nobody could give me an explanation or help me out. No apologies were given or any sincerity whatsoever after a long history together. Unprofessional and incompetent, two thumbs down.
