Håller i ur och skur, trots svåra krämpor håller verkstaden öppet. De erbjuder vad du behöver, sätter överkomliga priser, och mitt i prick, du kan till och med få en vänskaplig kram. Har alltid fått hjälp med justeringar och förbättringar. Jag är stamkund sedan 9 år och de fixar alltid mina två gamla begagnade cyklar. Hyvens killar! Stäng aldrig snälla Kippe med Kompis!

Assembling a new hybrid bike is a three hour job costing more than the fixed package price at bikefixx. But didn't feel like they know the stuff very well. I write below two reasons why I think so. Also card is not accepted, only cash or swish. Does not recommend. I gave a packet of of bike that I ordered online and two accessories, stand and mudguard. When I returned back after little over an hour, the bike almost ready and he adjusted handle bar inclination according to preference. I noticed that the handle bar is also not centred? There is cross mark printed on it to use it to align, but he thinks, he had done it wrongly. This is one reason why I think they do not know stuff. The only thing left was oiling the chain. Then I noticed that the bike was not standing stiffly. So I asked if he can raise the height of the stand. He thought stand is of different type and there is a clip, that needs to be removed and without proper tools, he spent 30 mins and damaged the stand also. Then he suggested another type of stand supporting the pedal hub and started selling it for me. I agreed and he spent another 45 mins to prepare kind of clamps to fit it and finally, he could not fit it properly to my bike. Then I noticed that the stand I provided could be adjusted in length just by rotating it like a pen when rotated needle comes out. This is the second reason why I felt they do not know the stuff. It was him spending a lot of time trying to fix his stand. That also was agreed for the price of that stand and the extra money just for that job, but he could not fix it finally. Overall it was around 3 hours that spoiled my whole day and he was demanding that he spent three hours and I had to pay for it.That was my experience.

Snabb service och fixade även saker jag glömt informera om i princip gratis, trots att det var vid stängningstid. Hit kommer jag tillbaka!

Bytte mina däck som höll i fem dagar. Gick tillbaka lite sur och dom bytte dock slangen utan extra betalt. Upptäckte samma dag jag fick den igen att växeln var söndersliten i den nya operationen. Får bli annat ställe nu. Snackade med en polare som också behövt lämna in sin cykel på annan service direkt efter han varit där.

I was there today. My cycle crank pedal threads are worn out. I went there and ask for suggestions and estimates. I went with their suggestion to make threads and add insert and it was quick. I can say cheaper price for cycle service in Gothenburg. Thank you Kippes.
