A completely frustrating and unacceptable experience with KINTO. They keep debiting money from my account over and over without clear justification. Trying to resolve this through their customer service is impossible: support is terrible, they offer no clear answers, and they refuse to refund my money. It is a total lack of respect and transparency toward the customer. It feels like getting robbed. I do not recommend this service to anyone—stay safe and use other alternatives because you will only lose your money here.
