I very rarely leave negative reviews, but I booked an appointment and arrived at the agreed time, only to find the barber shop completely closed. No message, no email, no warning — I was simply left standing outside a closed shop after making turning up for an appointment. I called the shop and the owner claimed that he had tried to call me on an old phone number, but there was no answer. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the appointment was booked through BokaDirect, meaning he had perfectly straightforward ways to contact me by email or through the booking platform but he chose not to use them.

I have been a customer now for a year and I have had many barbers in my life but non as quick and accurate as Jad. His skills are superb, he's friendly and has an eye and ear for his customer, a master in his trade!
