Very disappointing experience. I ordered the bag for a trip the next day, but it was much larger and formless than it appeared on the website, so I couldn’t use it. I registered my return the same day it arrived. The return process was awful: * Support takes up to three days to respond. * The return portal didn’t work. * Instructions were confusing and contradictory. * I accepted their €15 prepaid return label offer but never received a usable label. In the end, I had to arrange and pay for return shipping myself. For a €220 bag, I expected much better customer service.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Kilometer Studios has prompted me to make an exception. I ordered a Backpack Pro and several accessories, including a Space Bag and a Runner’s Wallet. Having tried several other promising backpacks, I’ve found this setup exceptionally comfortable and stable for my daily run to work and back. I stop at a swimming pool along the way each day, so I use the Space Bag for my swimming gear. This allows me to carry my Mac, office clothes, chargers, glasses, everyday essentials, and a complete swimming kit comfortably. I live in a hilly area, and the backpack stays securely in place across varied terrain, letting me concentrate on running. The only part I needed help with was attaching the Runner’s Wallet to the Backpack Pro’s shoulder strap. The wallet is comfortable and practical with its own belt, but I also wanted to use it on the backpack. This requires a G-hook strap, which had previously been included with the wallet but wasn’t in my package. The support team explained that the strap was being redesigned and was no longer included in the current version. They checked for an older strap among their spare parts, but none were available. They then arranged to have one made especially for me and have now posted it. It hasn’t arrived yet, so I can’t comment on using the attachment. Hello, fellow run commuters—this deserves some recognition! The care they show for both their products and the people using them is exceptional. Thank you to Irina and the entire Kilometer Studios team for listening and finding such a thoughtful solution. The Backpack Pro’s comfort speaks for itself. But knowing there’s a team like this behind it makes me even happier to be their customer. If you’re looking for a team to support your running, I wholeheartedly recommend the Kilometer Studios team.

Very happy with my backpack from Iamrunbox/Kilometerstudios which is both comfortable, stylish and durable. After owning it for more than two years the zip suddenly broke and upon contacting their support they offered to repair it free of charge. Outstanding service.

Hallo, den Rucksack SpinBag 18 L kaufte ich in Oslo auf der Messe der Marathon Veranstaltung. Der Rucksack ist super leicht, bequem, immer wieder. Der Support ist hervorragend. Vielen Dank!! Würde ich mir immer wieder kaufen.

My wife and I use our 18 liter Spin Bags for work, travel (always approved plane carry-on, even under the chair in front of you), as well as when running or light hiking. We've been on different packs until now, but we both love the design of the shoulder straps and slightly higher chest strap placement (adjustable ofc) that the Spin Bags have. The shoulder straps curve in quicker/earlier than other packs, and I now cannot even fathom why other packs don't have the same freedom of arm movement that this gives. Even with a laptop in the bag, it wears close to the back and thus does not shift around much (not at all, if you use the chest strap). An absolute must for us has been the passport pocket, as you cannot travel conveniently without a dedicated and good protected pocket. I didn't think I would use the front pocket as much as I am, but it's great to have it there for the things that go in and out of the pack more often. That has really cut down how often I need to roll the full opening up. I'm still a bit torn between if a less deep front pocket would have been more convenient or not. A less deep front pocket obiously means you lose space, but it also increases accessibility of smaller items such as IEMs, mobile phone and (short) charging cables. Finally, the modular system where you can add extra waist band and pockets, as well as the training bag for the front is ideal to us. It is incredibly inconvenient to have a bag which is too large. Having a Space Bag in the bottom of the pack for when you actually need it is perfect. We've been doing that for years in other backpacks, using cotton bags etc, but being able to secure the Space Bag on the front of the backpack is way better.

I have used the spinbag over a year now, amazing backpack both for travel and work commute. The quality of the backpack is excellent. The materials feel durable and premium, and after more than a year of regular use, it still looks and performs great. I especially appreciate how comfortable it is to carry, even when fully packed.

My favourite choice for backpacks. I’ve bought and used three different models over the years and use one or the other most everyday. Commuting to work, to squash/tennis training, and even for interrailing all over Europe. Durable and good-looking all of them. While not a runner myself, but my active life-style is worthy of these. Very high quality and ok priced. Once I had a minor problem with the zipper and without hazzle Km studios fixed it. Love my backpacks.

The backpacks seem to be good quality but the price is outrageous for what you get. I got the backpack pro and it’s basically just a mini suitcase. You can’t really even fit anything in it. On top of that deal dealing with this company logistically to send my item back and to collect. My refund was an absolute nightmare. I sent my bag back, literally after opening the box and looking at it with my eyes and then I put it back in the box to have it returned and when the warehouse got it, they said it did not qualify for a refund because it was not in an unworn condition. If you need to return anything, you also have to pay an international shipping fee which for my case was $30. It’s absolutely outrageous. I don’t know how they make any money.
