We had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing our apartment through Kenson & Ljung, and we cannot recommend Filip Svensson highly enough. Relocating internationally from Germany to Sweden comes with a great deal of logistical complexity and tight deadlines, but Filip made the entire process incredibly smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He was highly proactive, always available to answer our questions outside of standard hours, and coordinated seamlessly with our bank to ensure all contractual requirements and financing... Visa mer milestones were met flawlessly. His professionalism, efficiency, and welcoming approach gave us complete peace of mind. If you are looking for a reliable, top-tier real estate agency in Malmö, Kenson & Ljung is the absolute best choice!
