Jag hyrde kanot, men visade sig att min kanot inte fanns på plats när min tid startade. Annars var kanotstället fullt. Trotts att jag försökte ringa dem i 10minuter slutade det med att jag fick gå vidare och hyra kanot på annat ställe. Jag kommer inte försöka hyra här igen

Hi Vincent, we are very sorry to hear about that. We are sorry that the phone lines were busy at the time of your call, so we could only cancel and make a refund afterwards. While our station is self service, but of course it is supposed to work well and it should be easy to get hold of us when needed (eg if the previous customer is running late).

I rented a tandem kayak for a couple of hours on Långholmen. The booking is very easy however carrying the kayak to the water, about 30 m, was really difficult. The kayak was alright but not very clean.

Łatwo wypożycza się kajak, ale już trudniej wnieść go z powrotem na stelaż ponieważ znajduje się na górce 🙃 wiec to jedyny minus lokalizacji tego kayakomatu

I hire a tandem for 2hours with my daughter. We managed to get around långholmen and headed south to Tanto badplats. Really enjoyable and highly recommend. For parents whose kids can't help so much with the paddling you can cancel your visit to the gym that day ;-)
