very good idea, huh? 24/7 open. except when you travel from far to kano a bit, go to their website with qr code and get the message "service not available at this time" for no obvious reason. wheather was ideal though. so why?

Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und haben den Kayakomat in Sigtuna eher zufällig entdeckt – und es war definitiv eines unserer Highlights! Die Buchung lief super unkompliziert online, und ein paar Minuten später standen wir schon mit Schwimmwesten und Paddeln am Wasser. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft umgeben von Natur - ganze viele Wasserrosen überall! . Wir hatten einen herrlich ruhigen Nachmittag auf dem Wasser, konnten die Umgebung vom Kajak aus erkunden und einfach mal abschalten. Kein Stress, keine Menschenmassen – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Toll fanden wir auch, dass alles komplett kontaktlos und flexibel funktioniert. Ideal, wenn man spontan Lust auf eine Paddeltour hat. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder machen!

I am very disappointed with both the station and the customer support. We wanted to rent kayaks on Saturday, June 21, in Sigtuna, Sweden, but encountered multiple problems: Instead of the 4 double kayaks and 2 single kayaks we paid for, there were only 2 double kayaks and 3 single kayaks when we got there. This meant that our group was not able to go kayaking together. The contact number for Sigtuna was not available, which meant that we had no way of getting support. There is no way to get in touch with Kayakomat. If I try to leave a message on their website, I encounter an "error, try again later" message. This was a rather disappointing experience. @Kayakomat Customer Service: Please get in touch with me about how I can get a full refund.
