Simple online reservation, clearly visible station with free parking nearby, unlocking worked flawlessly, decent equipment. We had a great time even as newbies. Would absolutely recommend!

Gutes Konzept- einfache Buchung u Bezahlung, 1er u 2er Kajaks, gepflegt, mit Paddel, Spritzschutz u Schwimmweste. Sicherheitshinweise u Tourenempfehlungen mit Zeitangabe. Schöne Touren zur Picassoskulptur, Schärengarten inkl. Badestop möglich. Empfehlenswert.

It was a great experience! So easy to use and the kayaks were perfectly fine! Also great that you have a kayaking map with different routes and lengths. We saved it on the phone which helped us a lot navigating! Route number 5 was very fun🤙🏻 Thanks for the nice ride! ◡̈ For improvement we suggest to provide the kayaking map on the website as well, so you can inform yourself in advance. :)

Update: Thank you for the response, Daniel! I wasn't aware that there was the option of a refund *or* voucher; the friend who booked the kayaks miscommunicated. Be aware that the company does not offer refunds (& 300 SEK/kayak isn't cheap!). When we arrived to unlock our pre-booked kayaks, one of the locks was nonfunctioning, so we left. When we later heard back from the operator, they could only offer a voucher, which was disappointing especially as the malfunction was no fault of our own.

I'm sorry that you're dissapointed. I offered you a voucher which you accepted. Then I just informed you that this was good, since a refund is more complex and the company usually not practice that. But please, if the voucher solution is not ok with you, get in contact again and we will of course solve it for you. /Daniel
