Traveling overseas often reveals how powerful “Brand Britain” can be. From the familiar Union Jack to traditional foods, tea, beer, and cheese, British imagery remains instantly recognizable around the world. One memorable example appeared during a trip in 2019, when I came across a display for Kavli cheese. The packaging leaned heavily into classic British symbolism: illustrations of the iconic guards from regiments such as the Coldstream Guards, and the likes of the Irish Guards and Welsh Guards. The display was topped with a bright red British telephone box and a Union Jack, conjuring images of ceremonial soldiers and the quiet ritual of a cup of Earl Grey tea. The surprise, however, was the product itself. Inside the display were tubes of Cheddar cheese and Brie, packaged in a convenient squeeze-tube format designed for travel. While the cheese is not actually British in origin, the branding cleverly evokes the traditions and pageantry associated with Britain. As marketing goes, the campaign is strikingly effective. By pairing portable cheese with instantly recognizable British imagery, the designers behind Kavli’s packaging created a memorable—and slightly whimsical—example of how national identity can be used to sell a product far beyond its original borders.

Самая ужасная фирма. Розгружаеш сам. Координаты звезда 59.281402 / 18.004983. Приехал в четверг, сказали что выгрузка в понедельник. Паркинга нет.

Today there was unloading at this company. Where the law is supposedly higher than the real situation and humanity! The situation is as follows: see photo. I arrived at the company for unloading with a Mega truck. The car is lower than standard. I raised the airbags to the max. I went to unload the cargo, there were 20 pallets, each weighing 1 ton. I had to pull it out with a mechanical pallet truck, because the electric one does not have a driving license. The trailer was on a steep slope towards the unloading ramp. When pulling each pallet, I had to push very hard to pull it through the gate! It is very easy to get injured, because the pallets are really heavy. I asked the manager to come and help, to which he replied, your problems, if you don't like it, get out! I will mention that the manager did not look like a Swede, more like an Arab with a beard. If an elderly person came, he wouldn't be able to unload the cargo because he wouldn't be physically able. I strongly doubt that the manager is in the right place, because the communication was very poor, rather intrusively domineering and quite unethical!

Kan bara konstatera att Kavli Räkost sparat in på räkorna och nu bara smakar ost. Jag har prövat flera tuber med samma fattiga innehåll. Kommer inte köpa fler i vart fall!

Mycket utsökt! originalet sedan 1924! Kavli的KräftOst小龍蝦起司醬超好吃！ ICA和Willys都有賣，醬很香濃。 他們有100多年的歷史了，1924年創。 起司醬內成份除了起司， 還有手剝小龍蝦（kräftstjärtar)， 是真的吃了會有感， 知道內含細碎小龍蝦肉的那種！ 當然搭小龍蝦這海鮮料， 也有瑞典人料理海鮮、小龍蝦時， 必備的蒔蘿dill調味。 非常推薦！ — 這是我會帶回台灣的瑞典好物之一。 他們代表地址（郵政信箱？）在： O.
