Very disappointing experience. Our tickets for “Cases – Modern Circus Performance” stated a 19:00 start. We drove past the venue at 18:56, saw someone standing by the door, parked, and reached the entrance at exactly 19:00, but the doors were already locked. We tried other “Karavan” entrances as well, with no luck. At 19:10, we could hear the performance happening inside. If doors close before 19:00, that needs to be clearly stated on the ticket. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Hi Diana, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is to miss a performance you were looking forward to. Our standard procedure for performances starting at 19:00 is that our staff double-check the entrance at exactly 19:00 before locking the doors to ensure the show can start on time without disturbing the artists or the audience inside.
