Very good quality food , apparently there are locally sourced ingredients made by proper chefs.

Kantinan is a great new lunch spot in Malmö! They only serve lunch, but they do it really well. Every day there’s one protein and one vegetarian option, along with several fixed dishes like lax and tartar — everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. The lunch also includes a nice salad bar and coffee, which is a great bonus. I didn’t expect much in terms of service since it’s a lunch-focused place, but the tables were clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is really nice too — spacious, bright, with high ceilings and brand-new furniture. Perfect place for a relaxed and tasty lunch!
