I used their service to hire a bartender for the event I was planning. The price they offered was unreasonably high and their defence was that I'm also paying for the bartender's equipment such as the cocktail set etc. plus hard glasses, ice and sugar syrop and fruits. The bartender was a great person, however he showed up with dried orange and lemon, a handfull of mint and rosemary leaves, some syrops and paper mugs. imagine serving cocktails in a fancy venue with paper mugs. They then said that it was a misunderstanding between the company and the bartender. Needless to say that they didn't apologise and I had to force it out of them, which was worthless. Also when I said why the price was so high after seeing the disaster, they dropped 2000 SEK right away. I mean, what a RIPOFF. Also, I'm not supposed to pay for the bartender's equipment. If I hire a guitar player to play in my venu, should I pay for their guitar as well? Very unprofessional and unexperienced.
