Just popped in for a new strap and some film. The staff were so nice, they gave me advice on how to fix the film wind on my Olympus Trip and even gave me a free lens cap because mine kept falling off.

I had a great experience at the Kamerastore! I am preparing a trip and was searching for a camera, the staff was super knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain what analog camera would be best and what model to look out for on their website. Bonus points for speaking french!

Service adorable.

Best camera shop I’ve seen and amazing service! I recently got my grandpa’s old Leicaflex SL passed down to me and no clue how to work it. Going to this “Kamerastore” they helped me loads and showed me how everything worked on it with clear instructions and explanations. Since the camera is a film camera they also showed me and talked through the different types of films for different situations which was super helpful as I didn’t know anything about them. They were super honest, helpful and professional and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone of any skill level with cameras
