All in all bra experience hade lätt gjort det igen!

Terrible experience. I was here recently to celebrate a friend’s birthday, but the reception and service was terrible. Granted, we were a big group. Although this place purports to be able to host groups of up to 20 people. Firstly, they waste around 10% of the time to explain the house rules. Slimy behaviour. Secondly, we all wanted to individually order drinks from the bar as to circumvent the complications of needing to keep track of costs tied to each person – BUT NO, you have to order through room service… a rule that doesn’t seem to be set in stone since our host insecurely went to check the rules and the fact that at previous visits, this rule hasn’t been effected. Thirdly, why do you only have two bathrooms? Crazy. It’s clear that this establishment is owned by older executives and run by conflict-averse teenagers. Also, why is the remote control stuck to the wall? It’s incredibly outdated and inconvenient. Lastly, it’s overpriced (even with student discount, which was also miscounted as were 9 with the discount, not 5). Extortionate prices for the drinks as well. Most importantly: where are the Japanese songs? Go to Melody Club instead!

Very kind staff, though having only songs from their own inventory was ehh..
