 Firstly, your visit was near closing time. This limited our ability to entertain extensive discussions. This is not rudeness, but due to fact that we where closing down the store. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly enough.
 Regarding your comment about an attempt to "cheat everyone," we find this assertion troubling and without basis. The individuals present in the store at the time of your visit were old friends of the owner, and any perception of untoward behaviour is a misunderstanding. As for your comments on the quality and pricing of our rugs, we must point out that you left before being shown any of our products or receiving any price quotes. Therefore, classifying our rugs as 'cheap' without having evaluated them firsthand is unjustified. We assure you, our prices reflect the high quality of our rugs.
