JustGym kör med "gratis" och "10 kr" kampanjer som det är svårt att avsluta. Bäst att undvika. Smutsigaste gymmet. Folk tränar med uteskor när det regnar och ingen finns som städar (de kör helt utan personal på plats, F247 har ju ändå ibland personal och de som drar passen på plats). Badrummet är som det är ...

Best avoided! 20+ youngsters drinking beer in the sauna on weekends, certain ppl using strong aroma oils on the sauna stones, and apparently seldom cleaned! Dirty underwear can linger a week on the bathroom floor. This is the result of the no staff policy. Save your comfort for another gym.

Thank you for your feedback. Alcohol and misuse of the sauna are not allowed in our facility, and we take both cleanliness and member behaviour seriously. If situations like the ones you describe occur, we want to address them immediately. We have also recently introduced on-site staff Monday to Friday to further improve supervision, cleanliness and member support. Se upp för ”10 kr prova på medlemsskap”! I praktiken kostar detta 409 eller 808 kr. En liten text syns en kort stund när du bokar med udda villkor. Dessa får du sedan inte per mejl eller ens på dina sidor i appen! Scam är det ord man tänker på … Ovärdigt ett gym vars lokaler en gång huserade SATS.

Tack för din feedback. 10 kr-kampanjen är inte ett “prova-på-medlemskap” utan ett ordinarie medlemskap där startperioden erbjuds för 10 kr. Därefter fortsätter medlemskapet som ett vanligt medlemskap till ordinarie pris om det inte sägs upp innan kampanjperiodens slut. Detta framgår i kampanjvillkoren vid registrering. Det finns inga dolda avgifter eller bindningstider. Om något i ditt specifika fall har varit oklart är du välkommen att kontakta oss direkt så går vi gärna igenom det tillsammans.

This gym is basically a scam and has very dishonest set of rules and policies. BE CAREFUL. The 10 SEK campaign that clearly states "no binding time" seems to bind you if you do not cancel within a month which actually then BINDS you if you do not. The receipt I received after the confirmation did not mention anywhere of this and on top of that: on the website it said under my membership "ends on 28/2" then they conta cted me saying no it does not end there and you need to pay for the next month. Treating the customer as someone who can not read, do they maybe think we do not understand the difference between BINDING period and not? Absolutely horrible. We tried this campaign last year then it was smoother, which compensated for the dirty locker rooms, the non clan machinery, spit on the gym premises, lack of staf. I saw staff cleaning the floor with toilet paper, this is clearly not the establishment it advertises itself to be.

However, the membership continues automatically at the regular price unless cancelled before the campaign period ends. There are no hidden binding periods or additional fees. Very misleading and terrible service. They advertise a campaign that offers a two month training trial for 10 sek and says clearly no binding time and then they bind you anyway to pay a full month price if you do not cancel after the first month of the 2 month trial. At this point trying to mislead customer to get some money because it is a failing business. Read the policies clearly and ask always before you sign up to anything otherwise they will try to scam you anyway they can. And good luck trying to reach cutomer service, no staff at the desk, no phone, just emails and they answer when they please.

Horrible customer service, unclear terms of membership, unreasonable rules, all around a place not worth dealing with Since I signed up for monthly membership, I thought I could cancel it anytime and not have to pay for an extra month. The website is really badly made, like it was created by some low budget AI, hard to understand, and the rules are not clear at all for membership. It costs nothing for a business to cancel a membership at any time, but it costs the client money they don’t have.

Your request was to not pay for November because you did not attend the gym. That is not how memberships work in general, as payment is not based on usage, in the same way that members who train more are not charged extra. The membership was active during November, and a one month notice period applies to all cancellations. This is clearly stated in the terms accepted at sign up. This situation arose from a request to disregard the agreed terms after the fact. While we aim to be reasonable, the same conditions must apply to all members. For this reason, we do not believe this review fairly reflects our service.
