My girlfriend cancelled her membership with the gym and was clearly informed that she would not be required to pay the standard three-month cancellation period. She had already paid for one month, as the invoice had been sent prior to the cancellation. Despite this agreement, she continues to receive new invoices and payment reminders. She has tried to contact the gym multiple times, calling 4–5 times and sending messages, but has received no response. When a business makes a clear promise to a customer, it should be honored, and communication should not be avoided. Unfortunately, this situation comes across as unprofessional and poorly handled. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this gym.

Trevligaste gymmet i stan, där alla kan känna sig hemma och bekväma i att röra på kroppen!
