I dunno why they kept Inferno online Södermalm open, while closing down Inferno Online Odenplan. Since Inferno Online Södermalm, is way smaller compared to Odenplan - it is also comparably more "trashy", with dirty stations (was dirty overal in the locale) and missing/broken equipment.

The place is indeed open. But at the time of writing that was not certain until I arrived. Couldn't reach them via phone, nor email. Made a booking for 3 people well in advance, but never got the confirmation they said would come. But once here things went smoothly thanks to excellent customer service. Computers had been reserved and everything was ready no issues at all. Kudos to the person working here which helped my boys get all sorted out with controllers for the PC. The keyboards are good but a bit dirty and in need of some cleaning. All of that is of course available here on site, you just ask for that. Worth remembering that not all games are available unless you have a personal account to use for the game you want to play. Some are available through their public accounts. Roblox, Minecraft (amongst many other) require personal accounts which is worth remembering. Overall a good experience that can only get better.

This used to be a good gaming club just a year ago, but now it has become an absolutely terrible place. The quality of around 70% of the PCs is 10/10 — in the worst possible way. The few good gaming stations seem to be available only through personal connections with the staff. They are often marked as “reserved” even when nobody is actually using them. You also cannot reliably get the service advertised on their website. You’ll be told that one station is reserved, then another one is reserved too, and so on. In many cases, it honestly feels like the staff simply doesn’t want to clean certain areas, so they keep those computers marked as reserved. Eventually, you’re basically told to go find a computer yourself. As a result, you can easily waste an hour of your time moving from one PC to another, trying to find a computer that actually provides the service you already paid for. The software situation is just as bad. Windows is outdated, and playing CS2 is practically impossible because almost 80% of the PCs don’t support the anti-cheat. There is no NVIDIA software installed, and many computers are missing the programs needed to configure and properly use the devices and peripherals. Overall, you can spend your money here and still end up wasting your time, patience, and nerves. Don’t waste your time or money. There are much better places to go.

Jag är en dag lig stam kund hos inferno jag då saknar dator hemma och tycker det är väldigt mycket skönt att gå dit. Måste säga att det skett en enorm skillnad här på månaden. Det verkar vara en ny chef som jag pratat lite med, han är hur bra som helst lång kille. Det är även ny och gammal personal som alla är jätte bra. Trevliga, hjälpsamma och positiva. Lokalen är också mera fräschare och ren. Fortsätt ni e bäst! / ONNI
