Jag hittade Siànna via rekommendation! Jag kom från långt rehab av rygg, fick fortsatt hjälp av Siànna efter rehab. Vi har lyckats stärka bål och Siànna har fått min kropp tillbaka i båda fas och form . Jag kan varmt rekommendera henne . Hon är både proffsig och en varm person . Jag litar på henne helt i det hon gör .

I’ve been attending Siânna’s classes for about a year now, and I’ve never felt better about exercising and moving my body. Since starting, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my overall strength, mobility, and balance. Siânna is not only a genuinely fun and kind person, but also an excellent teacher. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and detail-oriented, with a rigorous yet thoughtful approach that makes every class both effective and enjoyable.

Siânna is an amazing and very knowledgeable instructor! I have been joining her classes for a year and I particularly appreciate the attention that she pays to every movement and how she offers modifications to make sure that each person gets the full benefit of the exercise, but safely. The classes are fun and challenging, and I can see a clear improvment in strength and mobility over time. Overall love and really recommend this studio!

I have been attending Siannas classes for about a year now and that’s the longest I’ve committed myself to a workout since moving to Sweden 6 years ago. I have more grip and and ab strength than I ever had, and feel a couple of cm taller every time I leave. Sianna is a super fun and bubbly person and the women that attend the drop in classes are just lovely to work out with.

Sîanna is an amazing teacher!! She has such a positive and encouraging energy when teaching and she’s so knowledgeable. Honestly one of the best around. Can’t wait until the next time I get to train with her!

I attended Sianna’s classes in England in August. She is such a good teacher, very detailed and rigorous in her approach, thoughtful and attentive to detail and the people she’s working with. It was very good to be reminded of how a really good Pilates class feels. I am a Pilates teacher, so have had experience of many good teachers. She is there with the best.

Sianna is hands down the best teacher in Stockholm! Her classes are challenging and fun and she is welcoming to everyone. She is experienced with injuries and how to keep you getting stronger! Best Classical teacher in town!

Sianna is an excellent Pilates instructor she brings together knowledge from so many different movement backgrounds which make her understand bodies. She really helped while rehabbing an old recurring injury and I felt able to talk to her during class if I wasn’t understanding. I have recommended Sianna to my friends and wanted to recommend her here too. Definitely try a class I promise you will love it.
