This is the worst place and service in all of Katrineholm. I booked a visit a week in advance. When I arrived at the appointed time, it turned out that everything was closed. I called three numbers and none of them answered. Later, they called me back and said that they were not working today (they had a week to inform me about it in advance). They also said that they would invite me the next day at 1:30 p.m. I arrived at 1:20 p.m., waited until 3:00 p.m., and just left. In 1.5 hours, they did not serve a single customer. The music was playing at full volume. The hairdressers do not have their own tools, only shared ones. The tools constantly fall on the floor, and they don't seem to mind. One of the employees started washing the sink with very harsh chemicals that smelled so bad it stung my eyes. In general, avoid this place.
