I Awake is an eye opening and beautiful experience for anyone who is feeling like you have lost a piece of yourself along the way but you don’t know when or where, and you’re not sure what to do about it. It provides you with questions and exercises that make you go deep inside yourself and revive those parts of you that are dormant (but not gone!) without trying to ”fix you”, just make you understand and accept yourself. Together with the books there are audio recordings that will guide you through the process and regulate your nervous system.
