Great place to stay. Looks small from the outside but is huge inside. Always warm with heaters and very good insulation. Fireplace in the middle of the room for additional warm kicks. Wood is provided in a box but is always wet, so better get your dry on at Coop (160 SEK). No fireplace tools! Floor feels like silk, bathroom has floor heating and nice shower. The window above the bed is heated so it is always clean from snow. The double bed is two single beds. Outside a plug for car heating is available. Iglootel is on the opposite side of the area and might be bothersome with traffic for people coming and going, but as mentioned, isolation is quite good. The door has a small window which has no cover. Also the large window cannot be covered (might be problematic in the summer). It is a great place to stay. Possible to grab WiFi from the Sameland bar.
