However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding the concerns raised in your review. Our standard check-in time is 15:00, and you arrived at 13:00. While we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible, this is subject to room availability and housekeeping preparation. Regarding the check-in and check-out processes, the additional time required was partly due to the payment arrangements. Our standard procedure is to authorise payment upon arrival, and we understand that you were surprised by this. The process was further extended when you subsequently decided to pay using a company card. We appreciate that this may have been frustrating, but our payment procedures are in place to ensure that bookings and payments are handled correctly. Regarding the noise concerns, we would like to clarify that an alternative room was offered during your stay. However, as the available rooms were located close to your existing rooms, you did not feel that moving would resolve the issue. We understand your decision, but would like to emphasise that an alternative was offered in an effort to address your concerns. Regarding breakfast, our breakfast service ends at 09:30, and these hours are fixed. We are unable to extend the service beyond the stated closing time, as our breakfast operations are organised accordingly. This policy applies equally to all guests. We are concerned to hear about the missing power banks you mentioned. We take reports of missing personal belongings seriously and would welcome the opportunity to investigate this matter further. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the room condition, bathroom size, sound insulation, and spa access. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant departments and management team for review. While we are pleased that you found our reception team pleasant and appreciated the service provided by our Skybar staff on the 12th floor, we regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding your final bill, this was sent to you by email at the time of check-out. However, in case you did not receive it, I have resent it for your reference.
