Încalzire neasteptat de buna ( pe lânga elementele din camera un calorifer electric). Camera foarte mica pentru 2 persoane. Un prosop de persoana, prosop care nu se schimba în timpul sejurului(5 zile). Nu se schimba nici asternutul, nici nu se face curat. Fara personal la receptie. Comunicare doar cu o camerista, amabila, Masuda.

Their promotion pictures are a scam, don't go there. It smelled like alcohol and pee in the lobby, and the room was so dirty. I left the same hour. Believe the negative comments

Detta kan beskrivas som en allmän toalett och absolut inget hotell!!!!! Vi bokade en natt men checkade ut 3 timmar efter ankomst.

Also ich war etwas unsicher bei dem hotel wg schlechter bevertungen. Ich muss sagen ich war positiv überrascht unseres 3 bett zimmer war einfach aber sauber und frühstück einfach aber sehr gut. Einziges minus punkt man könnte für 3 personen mindestens 3 bügel hinhängen anstatt eins.

Småkryp liknande löss i sängarna inne i familjerum och smutsiga sängkläder. Badrum under all kritik. Lämnade hotellet.

Checked in September 23rd, checked right out the next day. There was no bath soap in the bathroom, hole in the wall in the room. The hallway carpets are nasty. My friends and I booked two rooms next to each other, we didn't get that. We decided to complain the next morning to the desk clerk, the first thing out of her mouth is you can check out with no apology. I'm standing there waiting to speak with her, she completely ignored me and continued chatting with another employee until she finished. The daytime desk clerk a young lady was very professional. In checking out on September 24th, she didn't enter any information in the computer nor did she issue a receipt, she just handwrote an email address on a blank, piece of paper and told me to email them for my refund. I decided to handwrite my own receipt on that paper, signed it and have her sign it as proof. Later that day I sent an email to the address requesting my refund. No response received, I sent a 2nd email on the 28th, still no response from them. This hotel is not even proper for your dog.
