I've had a wonderful experience with hot yoga. I personally love it because it helps me feel refreshed, relaxed, and energized. Every session leaves me feeling both physically and mentally better.

Have been practicing bikram yoga here since 2019. Learnt how to breathe in a toughest environment and still stay calm. Helps in my everyday life a lot. Always happy to come there as by now it feels like coming home.

Love it. Det enda som hjälpt både för min rygg(diskbråck, ishias) och sinne.

This studio is one of my favourite places! 🌟Great teachers, friendly atmosphere and a good variety of classes. It’s soo nice to come in to the hot room specially during wintertime 🔥
