Jenny and her studio are so nice and welcoming, almost feeling like "home"! I got such a warm welcome and would love to come back if I can! Thanks a lot! Jenny does her lesson in English if you cannot speak Swedish and no need to bring your own yoga matt ✨☺️

Really nice, cozy studio. They offer tea and a cozy kitchen space to sit. I tried classes with different teachers and liked all of them. Jenny and Therese especially are so warm and welcoming. Thank you for your great classes. 💛 One thing I would like to give as feedback for improvement is that one time during a class a teacher (not the ones mentioned above) had the notifications of her phone on loud, while it was connected with the speaker for the music. It was a bit distracting, it would be great if the phone could be on silent mode.

The studio itself is small but cozy, and the class content was good. However, I was disappointed by the language issue: the studio’s description is in English, which led me to believe non-Swedish speakers were welcome. Before class, I chatted with the teacher - she asked me something in Swedish, I explained I don’t speak the language, and we continued our conversation in English. So it was surprising when she then taught the entire class in Swedish. For a studio marketing itself in English, this felt exclusionary. I’d expect a bit more awareness of accessibility for non-Swedish speakers, especially given she already knew.

Jag kan varmt rekommendera Jenny! Genom vårt arbete hjälpte hon mig att lyfta blicken mot det som faktiskt är viktigt och ställa frågor jag annars missat. Att ha en coach var otroligt viktigt för mig för att hålla fokus mot mina mål. Man tänker att man fixar det själv men man uppnår aldrig samma nivå som när man får hjälp. Stort tack för grym stöttning!
