I explicitly instructed the company that I am not in the position to let the delivery company in when they arrive. A neighbor kindly offered to open but the delivery guys left the chairs (value €5000) outside. Now what?? Thanks for the worst service in history. I suggest if you are considering a purchase, don’t. Also spent over 45 min on the phone on hold trying to get someone to speak to, only for them to say they couldn’t help. Useless.

Givetvis är det ingen bra service att lämna stolarna utanför - vi kommer givetvis framföra detta till transportbolaget som är externt och vi kommer framföra detta till vår leverantör som bokar transporterna direkt från England MVH Thomas
