There's Pilates, and then there's Holy Pilates...
After trying several Pilates studios in Malmö, I've finally found the place where you actually learn Pilates. Justyna is challenging and incredibly passionate about teaching us Pilates properly and safely, from the very foundations up.
Holy Pilates isn't "just" a Pilates studio. From day one, I felt welcomed into a wonderful community, and the small classes mean you get amazing individual support. Justyna creates an inviting, safe atmosphere for everyone.
So if you really want to train Pilates and become part of a unique community, there's only one place to go: Holy Pilates.
Absolutely amazing studio with a great community! As the classes are small, the instructors have time to engage with everyone. They really want you to get the most out of it.

I came into my reformer Pilates session with no expectations and left with hope and gratitude. What I experienced was so much more than a workout for the body….it was a moment to reconnect with myself, feel stronger in my soul, and leave feeling lighter both physically and emotionally.
And at the heart of this beautiful studio is the stunning Pilates guru, Miss Justyna. Her passion for Pilates shines through in everything she does, but most of all in the genuine love and care she shows her clients. You can feel that she truly wants every person who walks through the door to feel stronger, supported, and seen.
The whole experience is grounding, empowering, and deeply uplifting. I’m so grateful I gave it a chance even though I have a lot of anxiety. A truly special studio with a truly special Justyna at its core. Highly recommend!
As someone who was pretty nervous and scared to try Pilates, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the second I walked through the door, I felt so welcome and at ease. The instructors are incredibly patient and hands-on, gently guiding me through each movement and making sure my form is right so I never feel lost or intimidated. It’s such a supportive, encouraging environment where you really feel taken care of every class ❤️

Justyna is such an amazing instructor. You can really see how passionate she is about Pilates, and I feel very lucky to have someone so knowledgeable and professional guiding me through each session.
What I love most about this place is that it’s not only somewhere I can exercise, but also a place where I can relax and reconnect with myself. Pilates helps me to truly focus on both my mind and body, and I always leave feeling refreshed and more at peace.
It’s also a lovely place to meet and connect with other people. I’m genuinely grateful to have found such a welcoming space in Malmö. I feel like I’ve found my little place of inner peace here.

Jag rekommenderar verkligen pilates på Holy Pilates. De är väldigt uppmärksamma på varje deltagares förutsättningar och anpassar träningen utifrån eventuella skador eller begränsningar. Det märks att de bryr sig om att man tränar på ett säkert och hållbart sätt. Dessutom är lokalen fin och miljön lugn och välkomnande.
