Auf der Suche nach einem Pilatesstudio während unserem Urlaub bin ich auf Höllviken Pilates gestossen. Es war ein sehr tolles und effektives Training mit Emma - vielen Dank. 🙏☺️

I'm so happy I found this studio while visiting Hollviken. The classes and instructors are great, and it's a good place to try out different kinds of pilates. Highly recommended, and I hope to be back next time I'm visiting!

I loved the barrel class! Jamie is an incredibly knowledgeable Teacher who creates a welcoming, supportive space for everyone. Loved the gentle, hands-on guidance. I left feeling way more connected to my body and mind. I’ll definitely be back soon 🙏

BOUTIQUE PILATES STUDIO EXPERIENCE FOR DOWN TO EARTH PRICES!!!!! I am so happy that I found Mirith & Höllviken Pilates through a fried referral. The studio is sunny, bright, cheery, well equipped and super clean. The group class sizes are small (we were 6 people) and allows for Mirith (also the Co-Owner) to ensure that all participants can learn the correct way to do each exercise. The music lends itself well to whatever exercises we are doing and people I have met are just plain nice and engaged with being fit and positive. You can also arrange for private or duo classes if you wish and there are plenty of days and times available (you schedule ahead which is quickly and easily done) so the small group atmosphere is held and no one is disappointed because class is full. There is also a waitlist function that allows you to sign up if you were a bit slow in deciding what day you wanted to work out (yep talking to myself here folks LOL). The prices are affordable so a WIN WIN for your health and fitness no matter the age.

Älskar att studion och träningen känns personlig och anpassad efter min förmåga. Men också utmanar mig till att bli bättre. Otroligt kompetenta instruktörer och en mysig känsla!
