The girl who works there seems to have zero experience on how to work with service or how to simply talk nice to customers!!! I asked for a bag at checkout she said they didn’t have any. I pointed out it would have been helpful to know this earlier since I really needed it so Instead of helping, she started yelling at me! saying that not all customers wants this and how would I know that you want and that I was making a big deal out of nothing. ( if some customers doesn’t mind it that doesn’t mean all customers will )The whole interaction was really unprofessional and I won’t be returning I really hope the owner take action against it…..

Jordgubbarna på tårtan var mögliga!!! Hur länge kan den ha stått där?! Dubbelkolla nästa gång innan ni går dit så ni inte möts av en besvikelse när ni kommer hem som jag gjorde…

Everything I’ve tried has been excellent. From pastries to custom cakes to cookies, the quality is consistently great. I’ve never had a bad experience, and the service is always excellent.
