Easily my favourite cheese store in Gothenburg and arguably one of the better places to buy cheese anywhere. Very knowledgeable dude who took the time to help me pick out four cheeses for specific requirements (no rennet/löpe). I have bought cheese from this store a few times but honestly, today’s interaction is another exemplary example of how to be personal and professional at work. Awesome and thank you once again. I store all the cheese in the parchment paper and each in its own glass box.

Top people selling top cheese, honest and super helpful, can be pricey but well worth every last shilling (Swedes read öre). Stay away from the smoked scamorza, that stuff is mine ALL MINE I TELL YOU!!
