I always heard Hestra was a good brand and I like the products I bought up until the last experience. I bought a mitten that sheds its lining everywhere, some cheap synthetic material, when I complained Hestra sent me new linings that obviously don’t fit the mittens I have but they gaslighted me in believing so, I bought an expensive glove thinking it would last a few years, it lasted one trip. After some back and forth with customer service I there was no solution, I left the glove with them, I hope they enjoy the poor products they make and take pride on them. Very bad customer service, I’m never buying from this brand again.

Ampia scelta di guanti, anche da sci sci. Bellissimi!! Con il cambio favorevole ho fatto un ottimo acquisto!

Very frendly staff, they helped me decide what gloves/mittens I need for snowboarding!
