Now that’s the positive online shopping experience! Top grade level of customer service, the owner, Hannah is absolutely down to earth person and I fell in love with that! Another great thing about online shopping at Hellaholics is the fact that once your parcel has been posted (that happens almost just after you’ve made a purchase) you get soo detailed tracking information that you certainly won’t have to worry whether you will get your package, when it will be or where it is, during the entire shipping process and I truly appreciate that! (I’ve never received so many text messages with updates from Royal Mail about any of my parcels before! :D) I live in the UK, during current covid pandemic sometimes parcels sent within the country got lost. But not those from Hellaholics ( the business is based in Sweden ☺️). Prices are great, also you can find there all items that are not available in any other alternative online stores. I cannot express my gratitude enough for dealing with my order in such wonderful way!
