This shop, has deliberately ignored various email, social media messages, and hung up a call after being asked if they spoke english, to which they replied in perfect english they don't. They refused to serve a customer from Portugal for an online order, for what reasons is left for the shop to answer. This was a special order for a dear pearson. I have been extremely polite in every message and request. Therefore they might have excelent national service, but I cannot recommend their service for any international customer, and I have felt discriminated by their behaviour. Best regards

Very professional and friendly service here! Large selection, nice things for both men and women. Seems to have more bras for larger cup sizes, at least for the ones I tried. Still found excellent things!

En bra butik, hittade inte det jag sökte men annars hade jag handlat. Bra service och trevlig personal. Stort utbud. Butiken är på huvudgatan i centrum i Umeå.
