jag ringer till bilverkstad och är i först i kö. kundtjänsten bara klickar mig hela tiden och vägrar jobba. riktigt dålig service

Our car (a kia) broke down on the highway not far from Helsingborg on our way on a short trip from Denmark to Stockholm Sweden. (wed - Fri) and we were towed to Hedin Biler as it is a Kia dealer ship and auto repair shop. When we arrived they were pleasant enough however the Girl at the reception wouldnt book in our car as they were ''summer busy'' and gave me an estimate of a few days before they could ''look at it''. We spoke to our insurance and they said they were waiting on the repairshop to run a diagnostic on the car. We waited 6 hours and in the end our insurance said that we could go rent a car at the Hedin Rental across the street. )Excellent service from them btw) I dont care how summer busy it is. It takes literally a max of 15 minutes to plug in the computer to the car and run a scan to look for errors. As we left i made an agreement with the girl that she would try to see if they could at least scan for errors and she would call first thing in the morning. She did, which is great, however with the message that they hadnt been able to look at it. I did let her know we were dissatisfied with the lack of service and she told me that ''Well you can think that''. I sincerely hope that no one else gets towed to this dealership and if you do get picked up then ask to be brought somewhere else.
