We booked this villa well in advance and the payment was successfully charged from our card, so naturally we believed our reservation was confirmed. However, when I contacted the host with an unrelated question, I was unexpectedly informed that the property had been double-booked due to an issue on their side. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the host made their lack of attention and poor management our problem. This caused unnecessary stress and disappointment, especially since we had planned this trip to celebrate an important occasion with friends. A confirmed reservation should mean exactly that. Guests should not have to worry that their booking may suddenly disappear because the host failed to manage availability correctly. Very disappointing experience and not the level of reliability we expected. ⭐ 1/5 for professionalism and booking management

Mange tak for anmeldelsen.
