I discovered Hansen & Jacob in 2025 in a multi-brand store in Jönköping. I noticed the fabric and the cut right away. Everything is sewn very neatly. Even the inside is finished so well that there is nothing to complain about. I tried on the 5-pkt Cut n' Sew Trousers. They are soft and have a little elastane, so they are comfortable to sit and walk in all day. After trying them on, I didn't want to take them off. One tip: if you can, try them on in person. For example, I usually wear size 33 in Levi's, but here size 35 fits me best. I didn't buy anything that time, but on my next trip I bought a pair in Mole. I wore them for a couple of days and liked them so much that I ordered another pair in brown from the website right away. I had wanted the brown ones from the start, but they hadn't arrived at that store yet. By the way, this model comes in a wide choice of colours and fabrics, around twenty options. You don't often see that with jeans. I also want to mention the customer service, because it is really good. Last year the website didn't offer direct delivery to Estonia, and the support team offered to send my order manually. Now delivery to Estonia works normally, and you can order directly on the website. Recently I had a problem with a rivet. I contacted customer support. They answered quickly, took my issue seriously and offered a solution that I was completely happy with. No long emails and no paperwork. Special thanks to Amanda H. and Moa P. They were very pleasant to deal with, and it was clear that they really care. If I were their manager, I would give them a bonus. This kind of communication is exactly what turns a customer into a loyal one for many years. Another nice detail: online orders come in a neat cardboard box shaped like a small suitcase, with a catalogue inside. All in all, the clothes, the packaging, and the way they treat customers match the price. I know this sounds more like an advert than a normal review, but I'm being honest. I'm just impressed by my experience with the brand. Next time I'm in Sweden, I want to take a look at their sweaters and shirts. If the trousers are this comfortable, I expect the rest to be just as good. And I would advise any store that wants to be truly premium to look at this brand and add it to their range.
