After seeing that every review was 5 stars, I knew I had to give this place a try. My first visit I ordered in person. The wait was a little long, but there were multiple orders ahead of me and they gave me fair warning. A food truck only has so much grill space, so it's not a fault of theirs; if anything the wait just confirmed the consensus that their food is the right choice. You can't rush perfection! When they gave me my order, they told me about the option to order ahead through Qopla which only has a 3 krona fee, so a little foresight from me would've alleviated the wait entirely. Everything sounded tasty, so we just decided to give it all a try and ordered a combo platter (with green and pink sauce as other reviews recommended), the sliders, nachos, and Biscoff Milk Cake. The portions were solid, the food was cooked fresh, and we finished our meal quite content. Of the savory our favorite was the combo platter; it's such a perfect blend of flavor and texture! The Biscoff Milk Cake was so good I literally walked back an hour later hoping to order two more, but it was the end of the night and they had just sold the last one for the day. That just meant I knew where I'd be getting dinner the next night so I could enjoy the dessert again 😁 The second time I used Qopla to order ahead as they advised, and the food was done before I had even finished getting ready to walk over. It was still hot and fresh when I got there five minutes later. The titular "Bros." were super friendly and down-to-earth. They asked for our honest opinions about the food and the menu options and were very open to suggestions. With such welcoming personalities and fantastic food, they've got a bright future ahead of them. I wish them much success and hope to enjoy their food next time I'm in Sweden!

The Lotus Biscoff Milk Cake was incredibly delicious. And I really liked the chicken. As a erasmus student it really nice to have that nice halal food.
