I had a pregnancy massage today at Hagabadet and I was treated with the most sincere and kindest service. I began feeling unwell due to my pregnancy blood pressure, but the staff at Hagabadet were so extremely kind and caring towards me, took care of me to make sure that I was okay. Thank you so much, Annika (hope I spelt your name correctly), and to the lovely staff at the reception.

Nej aldrig mer Hagabadet. Åk till St Jörgen!

I have been a customer at Hagabadet for some time, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been very disappointing. I booked a massage more than a month in advance, only to have it canceled on the day of my appointment. I rescheduled for another date, and once again, just a few hours before my appointment, I received a call saying it had been canceled and that I needed to choose another date or therapist. I understand that staff can become sick or unavailable. In fact, the massage therapist I had specifically booked was replaced because she was unavailable. While I appreciate that these situations happen, repeated last-minute cancellations are unacceptable, especially when appointments are booked so far in advance. This is not the first time this has happened to me—it also happened a few months ago. It's very frustrating to plan your schedule around an appointment only to have it canceled at the last minute. Unfortunately, this level of service has made me lose confidence in Hagabadet. I can no longer rely on my bookings being honored, so I won't be booking future treatments here, and I can't recommend it to friends or family.
