I arrived way early because I’d read about this restaurant and I was curious. I was surprised by how these spare ribs looked: not fried until crispy; not marinated until rust-red; not so many bones - so not the short ribs I’m used to - but cooked to perfection in the smoker!! For me, they were the best spare ribs I’ve ever had. Not to mention the very, very friendly service. I’d been wondering whether I should even drive here at all. It’s not that far from Åhus. Or whether I should drive further south, following the coast. But now I have to say, it would have been the wrong decision to keep driving; I really would have missed out on something very good!
