Very good massage. Alexander is friendly but professional. He knows what he is doing and spends more time on the spots that require the most care, making it a tailored massage for what you body needs.

Alex is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had! His deep knowledge of the human body and psychology has been key to his amazing training. I’ve gained so much valuable knowledge from him, not just about fitness and nutrition, but also about personality and life as a whole. I’m a different person today because of Alex. While I still have a long way to go in achieving my goals, I’m very thankful to him for starting the spark. I look forward to coming back for more PT sessions in the future.
