Ive had a really great experience buying from guitar heroes. the communication with Ford was really great. He has answered all my questions and was very friendly. The gutiar I ordered was is mint condition and the setup was done really well! I can't imagine a better place to buy used Martin guitars. First I was a bit skeptical because you don't find a lot of information about the this business. But Ford has given me good feedback for all my questions and I finally pulled the trigger in a 00018. I definitely would come back buying from guitar heroes but first I will enjoy playing my new guitar! Thanks to all!

I recently bought a guitar from this store and had an amazing experience! They sold me a great guitar for a good price they even helped me get it perfectly set up, making sure the string action was just right. The customer service was top-notch and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend this store!
