By far the best coffee experince at any shop I have had. The owner is incredibly nice, knows everything and guide customers amazingly and patiently. He also not only imports and handroasts his coffee, but he takes everything to the next level. When he understood that I knew a bit about coffee then I was asked what pour-over recipe I wanted. We agreed on the ratio, a bloom and four pours. He sorted out individual beans that were off by hand. Cleaned the grinder with air and brush between every cup to avoid mixing grinds. Also he uses custom flatbed pour-over funnels... I am still hoping to get to buy one, though they are not in production. These funnels combined with elite pour-over technique, paintience and attention to detail... elevates everything. I am in love... and the coffee is still brewing. --- The first of three pour overs order in... and planning my next trip to Lund to get another cup of his "Le Lys"

Really great experience at Guatemalan coffee. We spoke in Spanish and he was so lovely. 5* all round. (And the pour over was also great)
