Although our port stop got cancelled at the last minute due to weather, we weren’t able to actually ride with Gotland Cykeluthyrning. But I want to commend their customer service. They clearly have a cancellation policy which we respected but still asked if it would be possible to get our refund since we wouldn’t be able to make it. They didn’t hesitate and the money was returned immediately. Heck I don’t even think I had to ask, I think they would’ve done it automatically. But that just spoke volumes about their customer service.

Absolute aanrader!

Very professional. I booked bike for kids but the bike didn’t fit them well. The staff quickly offered alternatives that both kids are happy with.

We had a wonderful experience and can highly recommend this bike rental! Booking our bikes online in advance was quick and easy, and when we wanted to change to different bikes on the same day, it was handled without any issues at all. The bikes are modern, comfortable, and available in a great variety, so there is something for everyone. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. We were unlucky enough to get a flat tire during our ride, but the team responded incredibly quickly and without any hassle. They simply brought us a replacement bike, allowing us to continue enjoying our day on Gotland. Thank you for the fantastic service and the friendly support! We would definitely rent our bikes here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars!

Was soll ich sagen?
