Top. Eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier übernachtet. Gerne wieder. Unkompliziert und freundlich.

I can’t recommend Gävle Apartments enough! This place is a perfect blend of cleanliness, convenience, and excellent management. The entire property is impeccably maintained, with spotless common areas and beautifully kept landscaping that make it feel like home from the moment you arrive. The management team is top-notch—responsive, professional, and genuinely caring about residents’ comfort. Any requests or concerns are handled quickly and efficiently, which is a rare find these days. The location is another huge plus. It’s close to downtown, making it easy to enjoy the local restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet it’s also conveniently situated near key construction sites, which is ideal for those working in the industry. You truly get the best of both worlds here: convenience and tranquility. Overall, Gävle Apartments sets the standard for modern living. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed apartment with a prime location, this is the place for you!

Lovely place, quiet although close to a main road, and excellent footfall sound insulation. Also good curtains and blinds against the midsummer light. Very friendly landlady.
