I was at the store last weekend just to check the quality and size of a dress that I liked. It fit me perfectly but what caught my attention was the staff. Everyone was super helpful especially one girl Aina. So now I will buy the dress as well as the ganni boots because customer service matters so much to me. Aina, you are super nice if you read this. ❤️

I've been here many times and for the most part, the staff are friendly and get even friendlier when you make a purchase. Some staff are friendly even when you don't make a purchase. And other staff get less friendly when you try things and don't end up buying, which made me feel uncomfortable. Isn't the purpose of trying on clothes is to decide whether the item is the right fit for me? I honestly haven't gone back to this store since.
