Great place for the kids. The games are very expensive as some games are 50 sek for 1 play.. Overall the experience was amazing, different games and the kids loved it. The ambience was nice a must visit place for the full family

Game Zone I visited with two kids and we agreed to play two games. First, the radio cars: I paid for both, but one of the cars didn’t work. When I asked the staff for help, they initially blamed the child and his driving skills, before eventually realizing the car was faulty. I then asked if they could restart the game since one of the kids had missed out, but they said that wasn’t possible. I asked if my child could join the next round so they could play together, but the answer was no. His friend had to ride alone. I explained that this wasn’t reasonable since I had paid for them to play together. I then asked my child to stop his ride so he could save it for the next round. At that point, the staff suddenly stopped the ride and provided a working car—so it was clearly possible after all. Overall, the attitude and level of service were very poor. For the second game (Zombie), I asked the staff about the price while standing there with both kids. They said 25 SEK. I paid, and the game started, but we quickly realized it only allowed one player even if there was two controls. There was no option to pause and add another player. The game lasted about a minute. I asked why they didn’t inform me that it required a separate payment per player. The response was simply: “Sorry, that’s just how it is. There’s nothing we can do.” You have to pay for two next time. It was obvious I had two kids with me, so I don’t understand why they didn’t explain that it was a double -player game who was charged separately even though it was the same screen??? At that point, I lost my patience. It felt like a complete waste of money and one of the worst experiences and tipoffs I’ve had in a mall and this is a KIdS arcade area!? Staff seemed extremely tired, had no sense of customer service or understanding. Maybe it’s the company’s fault. You pay approximately 20 SEK/ minute for everything at Game Zone or more. So I recommend families to go and see a movie instead with a large popcorn. That will give you more joy and value per minute.

Otrevligt personal, betalade för 200 men ingen spel , just en tjej som var personal var väldigt otrevlig.

Some games are fine but the majority do feel like a major ripoff. Like the flimsy pinball machine which was so vexing to use that by the time I figured out how to, I was out of time. The VR games I found to be most interesting.
