overkligt bra. Gaia är en av Stockholms och Sveriges absolut bästa restauranger. Nivån på servicen, maten, vinerna är exceptionell. Råvarorna är helt otroliga, ekologiskt till stor del, lokalproducerat, men det som verkligen sticker ut är komponeringen av rätterna. Det är så jävla gott. Smakerna sitter, det är vällagat och väldigt vackert. Och passa på att dricka otroliga viner till.

Vi fick denna restaurang tipsad men blev otrevligt bemötta av personalen. Dryg hovmästare och vi fick vänta länge innan service. På grund av väntetiden och servicen gick vi därifrån så har inga åsikter om maten bara bemötandet! Kan inte rekommendera tyvärr.

Rekommenderar varmt att gå till Gaia! Mysig atmosfär, väldigt trevlig meny och sist men inte minst en otroligt serviceinriktad personal. 10/10!

Love the vibe of the restaurant and the outdoor seating especially in the summer. Food was disappointing, it’s presented nicely but flavours were not a nice combination.. They didn’t seem to complement each other. Very expensive and felt a little over priced. Service was good , friendly and efficient

We had a fine dinner at Gaia, which we were trying for the first time. We loved sitting outside and watching the neighborhood roll by. The food was fresh and delicious, if not a little forgettable at times. But our biggest knock on the night was the service. Between our salad and the white asparagus dish, we waited almost 35-minutes, and we finally had to stop our server to ask about it and she hurriedly said “oh it’s coming right out.” And five minutes later, it arrived. After enjoying the dish and setting the plate aside, our server approached the table to pick up the plates and announced with a big, confident smile “would we like to see the dessert menu now to wrap things up?” There were a few beats of silence and awkward pauses before we said “well…we should still have the pasta dish left, but actually we’re not interested in waiting for it, so we will just take the check.” The server got very defensive and said “Oh. Well. I will have to see if it’s already been started because you can’t cancel it if it’s already being cooked” and then rushed off. We were so confused - she had JUST tried to get us to look at the dessert menu and was now telling us she knew the dish that we had to remind her about was still being made?!? She turned up about 2 minutes later with new utensils and sad-smiled and said “sorry but it’s already being made so we can’t cancel it”, then set down the utensils and left. No apology for the confusion, no explanation, just an awkward grimace smile and a scurry away. We got the pasta, we ate and enjoyed it, and then asked for the check and paid and left. Nothing ultimately was wrong with our dinner at Gaia, but when you’re paying 1,600SEK on a night out, you want to think that it’s going to be worth it from beginning to end. Sadly, we left thinking there are so many other places around town that are comparable in cost that we’ve been to and really enjoyed - complete with incredible service and attention - that are just all around better and easier than our night at Gaia.
